Madagascar Street Food, or should I say road trip food? You find these delicious bundles alongside the road during the corn season in the highlands areas. They have many names, but essentially they are ground corn, mixed often with sugar and sometimes with other ingredients, that are then wrapped in corn husk and steamed (think steamed corn cakes). What they are is delicious. About 500 ariary a piece, this thing fills you up when you're short on cash or need some road trip snacks....
