Did a walk through today while they were servicing and cleaning it. We take delivery next week.

If you watched the video, you saw that the furniture, cabinets and window treatments are all a dark color. I wanted to find a way to brighten it up, but also use things from our other trailer. I don't want to have to buy all new stuff. I decided to use the bedding, I bought last summer, as inspiration.

Found this great new bedding set while we are vacationing in northern Indiana. It really brightens up our bedroom and goes great with the new valances I made before we left.

Found the perfect plant for the trailer. This dish of faux succulents was on clearance, so I grabbed it. It was plain, so I created the decal to match our owl decor

Made some new valances for the bedroom. I had made some last year, but the were rather blah. Found this fabric on clearance at JoAnn Fabrics. Color was perfect and they are Paisley, which I love!

We have never been happy with the location of the kitchen table and chairs. You couldn't pull the chairs out far enough to be comfortable. One set was against the arm of the couch and the other set was against the wall. This weekend, Pat unbolted them from the floor. We moved the set in front of the rear window and it is much more functional. When we return home, we will be looking for a store piece to put in the space the set was originally.

We now have custom artwork in the nest. My very dear friend, Sharon Lefavor, painted this adorable owl for us. He is now hanging proudly over the bed.

Look what we found! Got these adorable owl sheets at Walmart. They are flannel and perfect for these chilly nights in New Hampshire. Ebony has approved of them. LOL

Thought I would share a tip. I purposely made a meal that would yield leftovers. I am packing the leftovers to have tomorrow night for supper. It makes for a quick, hot meal after a day of driving and setting up after arriving at the campground

There is a built in desk. It becomes my office, sewing and craft room when we travel. I made the tissue box cover on my embroidery machine. The vintage thread holder is the perfect color and fits securely on top of the plastic drawer unit I use for supplies. The magnetic board and mesh holder where Goodwill finds. The holder was originally gold and I spray painted it green.

The kitchen is starting to come together. I love being able to make things with my Cricut! I am happy that I am finding things to keep everything color coordinated. Last year, most thing were "use what we have", since it was our first year.
