Nicole founded Direct Talent Source as a solution to the demand for increasingly cost efficient alternatives to utilising traditional recruitment agencies. Nicole is based in Plymouth, Devon but works nationally & can be your internal recruiter for as long as you need. Nicole offers hourly, part-time or interim internal recruitment services, as well as training/consultancy on direct sourcing & avoids using recruitment agencies wherever possible. She tends to work with entrepreneurial, fast-moving SME's and start-ups, privately owned, VC backed or listed, but is happy to cover projects for larger businesses. All sectors are covered, from Engineering to Legal, across all types of roles. Nicole has over 16 years of national recruitment experience, within internal recruitment and talent acquisition, executive search and contingency recruitment and strategic business development for recruitment businesses. Nicole has also advised on technology and direct sourcing model implementation. Initially, she specialised initially in IT recruitment before working in Senior Accountancy and Finance recruitment in the South East and then working in a recruitment generalist's role before founding DTS. More recently, she has recruited for every type of role from COO through to R & D, food production, technology, specialist engineering positions, back-office support, sales, finance and marketing through to part-time administration roles. She has worked on positions within Consumer, Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial Services, Construction, Aerospace and Defence, Technology, Media, Communications, Retail, public and third sector clients including local councils and national charities.
