This is Dorothea. In June, she was found on an overturned shopping cart in a canal, hungry and dehydrated and covered with fleas. A good Samaritan contacted Arizona Humane Society to rescue her, and after treatment for some minor injuries and some extra love and care, she was feeling much better.
