500 gm ayam
1 sudu teh lada hitam kisar
2 btg serai diketuk
3 helai daun limau purut, koyak2
2 kpg asam gelugur
250 ml santan
250 ml air
🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓
Bhn B :
3 sd mkn kerisik
1 sd mkn gula melaka
Garam
2 ke 3 biji belimbg buluh
1 tangkai daun basil/ selasih
🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓
Pes rempah - blend semua :
10 ulas bwg putih
8 biji bwg mrh
15 biji cili padi
6 biji cili kering kisar
10 gm halia
10 gm kunyit
10 gm lengkuas
1 btg cekur ( optional)

Tumis pes rempah sampai garing sikit. Masukkn bhn A. Biarkn mendidih api kecil hingga kuah pekat. Kacau sesekali. Bila hampir masak, masukkn bhn B. Siap.

Date : your chosen date
Fee per person : RM400, one-to-one personal class

Recipes given : Vanilla cake, Swiss meringue buttercream, Italian meringue buttercream, American buttercream.

Demo – How to make American buttercream ( no baking, we will be using a 9 inch marble cake from Jusco bakery)

100% hands-on : Introduction to piping tip/ nozzle. Making icing of different consistency. Colour mixing, handling piping bags. Crumb coat and how to iced a cake. Making flowers – Normal rose, ribbon rose, David Austin rose, chrysanthemums, carnation, daisies, gerbera daisies, Russian tip flowers, leaf and filler flowers. Making side design – basketweave. Student will take back the cake. All ingredients provided. Student need to bring apron, lots of tissues, a 11 inch cake board and 11 inch cake box.

Sup brocolli & keledek & cheese.. resepi :
Tumis bwg putih & leek in butter & oil. Masukkn broccoli & ubi dadu. Goreng sekejap. Tambah air msk till lembut. Add stok ayam, air, whip cream & cheddar cheese. Garam, pepper. Blend jika nak.

Blueberry murah now.. so akak buat blueberry muffin.  Tapi yg ni versi diet guna tpg almond.  Sedap guys.

1/2 cup butter (113 gm)
1/2 cup shortening (92 gm)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup castor sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 to 3 cups semi-sweet choc chip
🍥🍥🍥🍥🍥🍥
Preheat oven 180C. Cream together butter, shortening, sugars, vanilla, salt & vinegar for about 2 minutes. Add egg. Then baking soda & flour. Lastly add the choc chips. Do not overmix

You can make the big or tiny. For big ones, Drop 2 tablespoons & leave 2 inch gap. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or till golden brown on the edges. Cookies will hardened once they are cool. Enjoy ! 👍🍪

Repost resepi APAM KAMPUNG GULA MERAH. Resepi mudah utk berbuka. Hubby selalu cari kuih ni kt bazar ramadhan. Buatlah sikit utk dia petang tadi

3 cawan tepung gandum
2 cawan air suam
1 cawan gula merah
2 sudu makan gula putih ( gula biasa)
11 gm instant yis
1/2 sdteh Garam
🥧🥧🥧🥧
1. Campurkan gula merah, putih & garam ke dalam bekas berisi air suam (air jgn terlalu panas). Larutkan.

2. Kemudian dalam bekas berlainan, masukkan tepung & yis

3. Tapis larutan air gula tadi ke dalam bekas berisi tepung. Kacau hingga sebati

4. Sapu sedikit minyak pada loyang 8 inci. Tuang adunan ke dlm loyang dan perap selama 1 jam or lebih sikit, hingga kembang.

5. Setelah kembang, jangan kacau adunan. Terus dgn api bsr selama 40 minit atau hingga masak

6. Setelah masak, bolehlah dinikmati bersama kelapa parut yang telah digaul dengan sedikit garam

300 gm Mentega/ margerin
250 gm Gula halus
5 biji telur, saiz L
270 gm Tepung kek/ superfine
½ sdteh baking powder
¼ sdteh baking soda
1 sdbesar Pes lemon
1 sdbesar pes coklat / mocha
Beberapa titik pewarna kuning
2 sdbesar serbuk koko
2 sdbesar air panas
½ cawan susu penuh krim
———————————-
Classic marble cake :

300 gm butter / margerine
250 gm castor sugar
5 eggs, L size
270 gm cake flour/ superfine
½ tspn baking powder
¼ tspn baking soda
1 tbspn lemon paste
1 tbspn chocolate / mocha paste
A few drops of yellow colouring
2 tbspn coco powder
2 tbspn hot water
½ cup full cream milk

Resepi :
KEK PRUNE LEGEND

Bahan :
1 cawan prune
2 cawan tepung gandum biasa
1 sdteh baking powder
½ sdteh baking soda
¾ cawan mentega bergaram (170 gm)
¾ cawan gula halus
3 biji telur, saiz besar
2 sdteh vanilla esen
½ cawan tairu/ yogurt asli

Prune direndam dalam air panas selama 20 minit, kemudian potong kasar. Tpg gandum diayak Bersama baking powder dan baking soda. Campurkan mentega dan gula, pusing kelajuan sederhana selama 5 minit. Masukkan telur satu persatu. Kemudian campurkan esen vanilla. Tambah tepung sedikit demi sedikit, selang seli dgn yogurt. Akhir masukkan prune. Bakar dlm tin 8 atau 9 inci, 180C selama lebih kurang 50 minit.

KRIM MENTEGA PRUNE

6 sdbesar mentega bergaram (84 gm)
1 ½ cawan gula aising, diayak
2 sdbesar susu/ whipping krim
1 sdteh esen vanilla
Secubit garam
½ cawan prune, potong halus
¼ cawan kekacang, disangai – utk ditabur

Campurkan mentega dan gula aising, pusing kelajuan sederhana selama 3 minit. Tambah susu, vanilla & garam. Pusing sekejap, kemudian masukkan prune. Sapu atas kek, kemudian tabur kacang.

PRUNECAKE

1 cup of prune
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tspn baking powder
½ tspn baking soda
¾ cup salted butter (170 gm)
¾ cup castor sugar
3 large eggs
2 tspn vanilla
½ cup natural yogurt

Soak the prunes in hot water for about 20 minute. Chop coarsely. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and baking soda. Cream butter and sugar for about 5 minutes on medium speed. Add the eggs one by one. Then add the vanilla. Mix in the flour gradually alternately with the yogurt. Lastly, add the prune. Bake at 180C for about 50 minutes, in an 8 or 9 inch pan.

PRUNE BUTTERCREAM

6 tbspn salted butter (84 gm)
1 ½ cup icing sugar, sieved
2 tbspn milk / whipping cream
1 tspn vanilla
Pinch of salt
½ cup prune, chopped finely
¼ cup nuts, toasted

Cream butter and icing sugar for about 3 minutes. Then add the milk, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Lastly add the prunes. Coat the cake and sprinkled with the nuts.
