This time of year we begin to see the moon and the sun rise and set from our terraces. The rain clouds are gone and the sky is crystal clear. There is a chill is in the air. Sometimes early in the morning around 6am they wave to each other in the same dawn sky. They rise and set in silence. It is magical and beautiful. Another reminder why we love Terrazas.

El Huracán Zeta comenzó su avance sobre la zona norte de Quintana Roo con lluvias intensas a torrenciales, rachas de viento de 120 A 150 km/h y oleaje de 4 a 7 m de altura.
De acuerdo a los pronósticos se espera que el ojo del huracán toque tierra alrededor de la medianoche entre Playa del Carmen y Tulum, muy posiblemente a la altura de Xel ha, por lo que se espera que conforme avancen las horas el fenómeno se sienta con mayor intensidad
Se reportan ya varios cortes a la electricidad en la zona centro y algunas colonias y fraccionamientos al poniente de Playa del Carmen.
Se espera que Zeta abandone territorio Quintanarroense a las 6 o 7 am

Did I forget to mention....it’s the rainy season😆
So what to do when it’s raining? First turn off every electric😬 of value. Then put the buckets out to get rain water so when the water pumps stop working you have some to wash up and for toilets. Then open your window and chill with a good book or post the weather report...
Don’t believe everything you read in the media about sargassum!!! This was today’s early morning walk to the beach and swim.
