Over the past several days, we have seen an unprecedented level of disruption to our operation and our passengers have experienced extended delays and some cancellations.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our passengers.

These flight cancellations should help stabilize flight timings, improve on time performance and reduce inconvenience to our passengers.

Passengers on cancelled flights may take any of the following options:

1. Rebook flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date, free of charge
2. Get a full refund
3. Place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund
4. Re-route to / from alternate airports for travel within 30 days, subject to availability of seats

Furthermore, passengers on the cancelled flights will receive one round-trip travel voucher which they can use for future flights.

We will provide an additional list of flights to be cancelled if this becomes necessary.

We will exhaust all means to inform passengers as early as possible on any changes in the flight schedules on the email addresses and mobile numbers provided upon booking. Passengers booked on these cancelled flights don’t need to go to the airport and instead, they can utilize self-management of their bookings.

Cebu Pacific is working with the airport authorities, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to make things better for our passengers.
