It’s ski season, time to escape to the mountains with and Acorn in . Chef Steven Redzikowski and Beverage Director Bryan Dayton (the all-star team behind OAK at fourteenth) have quickly garnered national acclaim with eclectic, contemporary cooking, making solid use of an oak-fired oven and grill and taking local, ingredients to the next level. Pictured here are the tomato-braised meatballs served over Anson Mills stone-ground grits with burrata and basil. Amazing food...check, great wine list...check, craft cocktails/beer...check and check.
