TSP is proud to announce our Philadelphia headquarters achieved WELL Platinum certification and achieved WELL Health-Safety Rating, making it double LEED and WELL Platinum certified! We used LEED and WELL as frameworks to support the design and construction process, applying new innovative strategies and transforming the marketplace. Administered by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the WELL Building Standard supports the health and well-being of our employees. We worked with Edifice Rx to complete on-site testing and verify high-performance goals were met, including air and water quality and lighting. The space is equipped with continuous indoor air quality monitors from Kaiterra, which provide real-time data and helped us prepare for testing. Reach out for a tour to learn more!

We are thrilled to announce that University Place 3.0 was selected as a finalist for an AIA Pennsylvania COTE Award! This award is given to projects demonstrating excellence in sustainable design. 3.0 is LEED and WELL Platinum certified, making it the first WELL Platinum project in Philadelphia and the first LEED and WELL certified lab building in the United States.

TSP recently attended the opening ceremony for Diamond Logistics Center; one of our warehouse projects targeting LEED Gold certification!

Our team worked with the architect, ARCO Design/Build, to select highly sustainable materials; this process included collecting over 20 EPDs and 20 HPDs, which is exceptional for a warehouse design. Low-VOC flooring, insulation, and ceiling materials were selected to improve indoor air quality. Over 40% of the cost of total materials included recycled content. To conserve water usage, low-flow toilets and fixtures were installed in remote restrooms and the spec office achieved 41.92% water savings when compared to baseline building design. Owner: CBRE
