Hi I'm Dee,

I'm from Seattle, Wa and have passed through living in 4 other states and now live here in beautiful sunny Fl.I have always had a passion for fitness, health and nutrition. I've been married for over 18 years and have 3 kids ~ I have always been very active in the fitness industry and my passion is weight lifting, spinning, cardio, and running on the beach!! I considered to be a perso

nal trainer, but with our active and traveling lifestyle this was just perfect for me and our family! I Love BEACH BODY's programs and everyone's energy. I have learned to eat clean and lean through being with BEACH BODY ~ I have seen great results and am having fun doing it!! It has tremendously developed my definition and strength. This process has brought me to so many new levels of progression of pushing harder, faster, and having self discipline. Using the BEACH BODY programs also motivated me to do a Body Building Figure Competition. I focused on my goal with full dedication receiving 2 Figure Pro Cards. I placed 1st in Masters, 1st in open-short, and over all winner in figure ~1st time competing, I have competed 4 times now, truly rewarding and a very humbling experience. After your moment to shine on stage comes to an end ~I needed to learn to metabolize my body and continue to eat right, BEACH BODY gave me that and it's been a truly new lifestyle for me, the way I eat, train and motivate myself to new heights. I am truly HAPPY:) about my new transformation of my body, I feel so healthy,energized and positive everyday. This is truly 1 of the best decision's I've made to join w/BEACH BODY. You are your own success!! Taking time out for self is so rewarding. :)
