Have you flipped a 600lb tire?
Battle of the Fittest Floater Workout:
In 3 minutes, flip 600/300lb tire as many times as possible.
Rx: Only one partner at a time works. Partners are not required to alternate. No minimum work for a partner is required.
Scaled: Both partners work together.
A time of day will be given in which the workout must be completed i.e. complete floater anytime prior to 2pm.
As a point of reference to your deadlift weight, the lady in the blue shirt deadlifts 245lb.
The first workout at Battle of the Fittest 2015 will involve the Red River...
...a run along the river.
Workout #1
With your partner, complete the following for time:
Run 1 mile
400m sled pull (115/70lb)
Both partners run together. Only 1 partner pulls the sled at a time. Partner can alternate sled pulls as they choose.
Scaled version will be an 800m run and 300m sled pull (115/70lb).
