Nestled on 3 plus acres of private, peaceful nature preserve, this gorgeous one of a kind property overlooks a dam with waterfall, dock, fishing hole, "smores" fire pit, picnic grounds and activities area including bikes! Or, you can even "hangout"on the "Moonshine Still" theme back porch area full of fun memorabilia and the Mills Best kept secret.
This charming, PRIVATE, QUIET, free standing tiny house is a 2 story cabin with one bedroom loft (Queen bed) and one bath upstairs, plus a very modern full size kitchen complete with coffee bar, dining room, living room with fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa downstairs. The mill is decorated with period antiques and gorgeous new furniture as well.
It is FULLY and LUXURIOUSLY equipped with lots of extras and amenities including washer, dryer, WIFI, Cable TV, Bose Music system, Spa Robes and luxurious linens.
Snacks and refreshments upon your arrival!
The Boone's Mill Tiny House is available for your vacation rentals and special event dates from July 27 through Dec 2019....at $325 per night and allows for a maximum 2-3 persons per night and they must be at least 16 years of age.
