Transformation Oasis (TO) which seek to address social issues concerning children, family and community, cannot be achieved without revolutionizing the mindset of the people we seek to serve so that new and innovative ideas can be transformed and sustainable development can become a reality which is in keeping with Vision 2030. TO is an organization that is geared at investing in communities and p

roviding not for profit services, based on the concept “child, family and community advocacy.” Action to be taken through the services provided by TO is as a result of “deconstructing minds to reconstructing ideas – an innovative way of thinking” Natalie Alexander’s experience in working with youths and her very own community and through a community profiling carried out in the Mayday community as part of a Social Work Macro Practice class to which several recommendations have been made. Now is the time for action to, “deconstruct minds to reconstruct ideas”
