The San Biagio Church, in the center of Dubrovnik, is dedicated to the patron of the city, San Biagio. The original church was destroyed by a violent fire and it was re-built in XVIII. Only a little silver statue of the saint survived the fire and it is still venerable.

Sbrisólona cake, well-know in Padua as "Fregolòtta", is a tipical Venetian dessert made with gies flour, minced almonds, butter, eggs, sugar and covered by almond paste. It is hard but at the same time crumbly, so that originally it was split by hands and eaten without piece of cutlery.
