We've had the most incredible day in Lara Bay today. 23 degrees, the sun shining and the beauty of the Divine nature around us was extraordinary. We visited the Turtle conservation project in Lara bay, which was incredible.

When we understand our own nature - both the light and the dark within, it's easier for us to see the implications of our behaviour on others and the world.
I invite you to reflect, not to be scared of growing, expanding your consciousness and altering habits that don't serve the greater good of the one, therefore all.
We are all one with each other and the mother nature around us. When we hurt our nature, we are hurting ourselves. Because the earth is one ecosystem where we are all inter-dependent on each other thriving.
The competition and survival of the fittest that has been brainwashed into us from the young age is not just an illusion but a big fat lie that feeds the pockets of the few and hurts majority of the world.
So, when we learn to nurture our own nature; our mind, our body and our spirit we'll learn to nurture our environment and therefore THRIVE AS ONE = THRIVE AS A WHOLE in harmony.

This week in Cyprus, we've experienced such an incredible phenomenon where the whole of Paphos was flooded by millions of butterflies migrating from North Africa, through Israel and Cyprus to Central Europe. They are everywhere around us in their thousands, it's been so mesmerising to watch.

Butterflies are deep and powerful representations of life. Many cultures associate the butterfly with our souls, ever changing and ever expanding. The Christian religion sees the butterfly as a symbol of resurrection. Around the world, people view the butterfly as representing endurance, change, hope, and life.

To Native Americans, the butterfly is a symbol of change, joy and color. The exquisite butterfly was considered a miracle of transformation and resurrection.
When this Divine symbol shows uprepeatedly in your life, it's asking you to enjoy your life in all its colours and flavours. Even if you are going through transformation and pain, always remember to focus on end goal - the freedom that awaits you on the other side. ๐๐โจ
