UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! We are an active family living in Victoria, B.C., who enjoys the natural beauty of our west coast lifestyle. We love hiking, surfing, skiing and exploring Vancouver Island.

Mystic Beach Vacation Home is the perfect access point to explore the amazing coastline of the Juan de Fuca Strait. Mystic Beach Vacation Home offers close accommodations to China Beach, Mystic Beach, Jordan River and Sombrio. Built in 2012, this 1500 sq. foot custom timber frame home features western red cedar from Vancouver Island. Enjoy the 180' incredible dramatic panoramic view overlooking the Juan de Fuca Strait. This home sits at the high point in a quiet sub-division just up the road from Jordan River and the access points for China Beach and Mystic Beach. The home faces south, yet windows to the east allow the view of the sunrise and to the west, the sunset. When the fog rolls in down low most often you can still enjoy the sun from the large patio on the hill top. Sit in the comfort of a bright open space with vaulted ceilings while you watch the ships roll in and out of the Juan de Fuca Strait.

Hardwood and basalt tile floors, blue marble counter tops in the kitchen, and stainless steel appliances give this home a clean, comfortable and distinct touch and a true west coast feel. The bedrooms have a calming decor and eco-conscious chosen organic cotton bedding for your comfort. There is enough room for the whole family or group of friends; a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin that easily converts to a king in the second upstairs bedroom and on the ground floor a very private queen bed with second bathroom. Enjoy the deep tub in the main bathroom as well as an outdoor shower to enjoy after a soak in the outdoor hot tub.

There are plenty of Mountain and Ocean Views from the cottage or go out and explore the most beautiful trails and beaches in Canada's South Pacific. Mystic Beach, China beach, Sombrio and Jordan River are all between 5-20 minute drive from the comfort and beauty of this vacation home. After a long day of exploring this amazing coast line, relax in the comfort and beauty of this cottage. Only 1 hour from Victoria and 1/2 hour from Sooke.
