Our Story

Hall's Premier Carpet Care has been trading for over 30 years and is family owned and run, with the owner present on each and every job. Based in Tavistock we provide a customer focused and quality service for our valued customers, both in Tavistock and the surrounding areas. We enjoy an excellent client retention rate and always enjoy meeting new customers, many of whom are recommended by our existing customers. We pride ourselves on two things; 1) Putting the customers needs at the very heart of our business and it's culture 2) Using our expertise, combined with state of the art, professional cleaning systems, which are owned by us, to ensure that the most thorough clean which can be achieved, is achieved. It's as simple as that! We will not cut corners to reduce job times as we believe this is false economy - this industry has seen a number of firms start up in recent years, many of whom offer heavily discounted rates and the indication of the same for less. We will NEVER cut corners to achieve a 'speedy' clean. Our standard procedure follows the recommended steps; dry vacuum, pre-spray with Microsplitting technology, agitation, thorough HOT water extraction, spotting where required and the use of air movers to aid drying times where appropriate. We will tailor our process where appropriate, such as end of tenancy cleaning or where a customer's needs require a more basic clean. We recommend you check with any cleaning company you are thinking of using - to see if they follow the same procedure. We are always delighted to see ourselves being recommended on forums and Facebook Groups, usually with the comment that our service and results are unrivalled.
