BIRDIEcam A New Aerial Photography: "A Bird's Eye View"
See our website: www.birdiecam.us Most people picture a helicopter or an airplane.

We are Russ & Abby Walker, a young couple, building a new company from the ground up; we have named it BIRDIEcam. So far we have taken pictures in Pennsylvania, Canada (London & Niagara-on-the-Lake), Indiana,Texas and Colorado. We have hopes to continue our travel to the rest of the country, the continent, and eventually the world, including the oceans and the skies, taking these unique photograph

s and videos and sharing the media we create. We have been calling this 'aerial photography', but what we do, isn’t the picture that pops up in most peoples minds when they picture 'aerial photograph'. Some people have even thought we might have a boom on our van, or use a hot air ballon. We use a remote controlled quadcopter called a Yuneec Q500. This copter has a built-in, stabilized, 4k camera. We have live video downlink which allows us to see what the camera is seeing in real time! This allows us to get that view that is in between 'ground level' and the view from a helicopter or airplane. This is actually a new zone, more detailed and up close than the “patch-work quilt” view you can get from a manned aircraft. This view is also different from the view someone can get with a camera from the ground or (for those who are more adventurous) the view from the roof or the back of a truck or from a ladder. This view is what we are now calling 'the birds-eye view'. We provide the view in-between, which may be the best view of all! In this range you can see the details of landscaping and can also go high enough to capture large areas in a single shot. Our camera is not only mobile (able to go in so many places that a person holding a camera simply can not go) but it is also stabilized by new technology called a ‘gimbal’, which insures that the resolution is not affected by the movement or vibration of the drone. This is perfect for advertising on your website, using to see (or inspect) those hard to reach/see places, or sharing with your friends and family on Facebook! We welcome you to check out some of the photos and videos from jobs we have done so far. You can also follow us at Birdiecam Photography on Youtube or check out our website www.birdiecam.us
