Uluru - Ayers Rock
Rising from seemingly nowhere in the deep centre of Australia, Uluru (Ayers Rock) is one of the world's great natural wonders. If you are planning to explore Uluru (Ayers Rock) & experience both the physical and cultural significance of this Australian icon, we are here to help you with your tour, car hire and accommodation needs. Feel free to contact us for advice & service. P

hysically Beautiful: Most visitors would have seen photographs, or advertisements featuring Uluru (Ayers Rock), but nothing prepares you for the physical impact of this vast monolith. Its sheer immensity dwarfs everything around it. Uluru (Ayers Rock) has acquired its reputation not just because it is such a unique landform, but also because of the effect the sun has on its colours and appearance. Sunrises and Sunsets cause changes to its colour from browns though oranges, reds to finally grey. Spiritually Significant: A trip to Uluru (Ayers Rock) is also about experiencing and understanding its cultural & spiritual significance. Both Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta have great cultural significance for the Anangu traditional landowners, Self Discover or take guided tours that inform about the local flora and fauna, bush foods and the Aboriginal Dream time stories of the area.

Received the following feedback recently from one of our lovely guests

Uluru Travel (thanks to exceptional guidance and service from staff member Pat Marangos) recently provided a comprehensive tour of Uluru and Kings Canyon.
By booking through Uluru Travel, we were able to avoid wasted time and queues at the Yalara Resort’s travel and information centre.
The package we chose with Uluru Travel included all the major attractions including a Field of Light Star Pass; Kings Canyon and Outback Panoramas (including Mount Connor or Fooluru); Uluru sunrise and highlights; the famous Sounds of Silence Dinner; a memorable helicopter flight across Uluru and Kata Tjuta and finally a stunning Kata Tjuta Sunrise tour.
The travel company also arranged superb accommodation at Yalara’s Desert Gardens Hotel with a room overlooking Uluru (the only rooms with such a view in the whole Yalara Resort).
All excursions and accommodation were executed seamlessly through a voucher system, saving time and on-ground organisational bookings.
All tour operators and hotel staff were pre-aware of Uluru Travel’s bookings.
The company’s Pat Marangos’ pre-trip advice was invaluable, flexible and extremely compassionate, especially when a travelling member had to be replaced due to his sad and sudden loss.
Pat was always cheerfully available with ongoing enquiries pre-travel throughout the several months booking period.
I worked in domestic travel tourism for 25-years as a journalist/editor, so am confident in highly recommending Uluru Travel if Central Australia is on your itinerary.
