Just returned from an AMAZING TRIP to 🇺🇿 which was enriching on so many ways…culturally, historically, emotionally, romantically & professionally the biggest RAXMAT to .tourismolog for inviting me to attend and speak at the incredible

Cannot wait to return next year and visit more of cultural wealth of Central Asia one of my favorite travel destinations!

You have never eaten anchovies like the ones we have here from the Cantabrian Sea! One of my favourite brands is where I shot this pic of this model ship.

The pigeon got the low and slow treatment, stewed with love in a rich, thick gravy. Straight from the hunter, shot near !

The foie got the sweet treatment, paired with apricot jam!

Late fall and winter definitely has some great products features on our dining room tables!

Here in Spain the favourite way to enjoy croquetas is with your amigos and a cold glass of something on the side. They're found in many bars and many folks list them as their favourite snack.⁠

Whether these balls of bechamel are accented with cheese, jamón, porcini mushrooms, bacalao, squid, stewed meats or whatever CROQUETAS are always a crowd pleaser.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

Nearing the end of the season, our North Atlantic Albacore Tuna AKA Bonito del Norte start to fatten up something fierce! This beauty from Getaria is a great example! The season will be closing soon as the schools of tuna return to Las Canarias for their winter fiestas. Ondo ibili lagunak!
