I’M BACK GRAM FAM💃🏼!
I’ve been a bit busy moving condos these past few weeks and now that we’re all settled, I want to share with you Miesha’s new morning walking path!
I’m such an ocean lover and being able to walk beside it each morning is priceless-we even see manatee sometimes!!
We’re still not traveling abroad at the moment, but I have SO many cool things planned in and around MIAMI to share with you soon! Stay tuned!

VIZCAYA MUSEUM & GARDENS
I cannot believe I’ve lived in Miami for 3 years and I just explored Vizcaya this last weekend with the @brickellwomen group (it’s literally running distance from my condo).
If you’re visiting Miami, you won’t want to miss it!
Some fun facts about Vizcaya:
•The construction of the Vizcaya Villa was commissioned by a man named James Deering, a successful businessman from the Midwest.
•The construction of the Main house was finished in 1916 and the surrounding villages and gardens were completed by 1923.
•Deering used Vizcaya as his winter residence from 1916 until his death in 1925.
•The estate is a total of 50 acres (200,000 m2), of which 10 acres (40,000 m2) contain the Italian Renaissance formal gardens, and 40 acres (160,000 m2) are circulation and the native 'hammock' (jungle forest).
•In 1952, the Vizcaya Villa and Gardens, desperately in need of renovation, we’re sold to Miami-Dade County for $1 million and converted into the Dade-County Art Museum.
•In 1971, three people from New York raided and stole $1.5 million in works of art, silver, and jewelry from the Museum. The thieves were caught only three days later in New York City, but only a small percentage of what had been stolen was ever recovered.

Ahhhhh, the southern coast of Portugal. Truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been in the world.
Pro Tips About Southern Portugal:
1. You can fly into Lisbon, spend a few day’s there (and go to Sintra) and a take a train for 3.5 hours south to Lagos.
2. Lagos is FULL of beautiful beaches (Camilo Beach is my favorite), so I’d recommend staying at least 3 nights there to maximize your time.
3. A great way to see the pristine landscapes of the Algarve Coast is with a kayak tour. We had a wonderful experience with @ezridelagos

I’m falling more in love with Miami every single day❤️ Yesterday, @dr.jhudd and I took a 1.5 hour cruise around Miami, looking at all the beautiful houses on Star Island🌟& watching the sunset over the unforgettable skyline of downtown Miami🌃! It was so cool to see the city from the water...if you’re coming to Miami, I highly recommend doing a cruise like this! It’s unforgettable💃🏼
