Last night .jhudd surprised me with a post Thanksgiving date night at and it didn’t disappoint!

Highly recommend their rooftop (go just before sunset). The Tuna Tartare, Tuna Tataki, Flank Steak with Truffle Potatoes and Drinks were perfect! We’ll definitely be back soon 💕

Not gonna lie, pretty excited it’s finally the most wonderful time of the year🎄but do it a little differently down here in Miami! Will this Michigan girl ever get used to the holiday lights on palm trees? Probably not 🤪, but they sure are pretty 🤩⁣

The Hiatus Clearwater Beach, Curio Collection is officially open and now booking!
⁣jhudd and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredibly charming property last weekend and it was the EXACT getaway we needed! ⁣
⁣
The hotel property is beautifully furnished-they literally thought of every detail with the decor. Rooms are so spacious, with oceanfront views. ⁣
⁣
The amenities are absolute 🔥 The Sielo Rooftop/pool, the gym (yay Peloton bike!) and the terrace are just perfect + they offer everything you need, you’ll never actually have to leave the property (besides going to the beach, which is located steps from the soft, white sand). ⁣
⁣
Dining: highlights were the Crab Cake Benedict for breakfast, Smash Burger for lunch and Wagyu Strip Steak + Gin & Citrus Cured Tuna Tartar for dinner ⁣
Drinks: my favorites were the Kali Sangria and King Midas ⁣
⁣
My favorite feature of the -every Friday through Sunday they have a sunset champagne celebration 🍾 🥂 ⁣

Have you found your forever home city? What do you LOVE about where you live? ⁣

A friend asked me the other day if we’d ever leave Miami. I honestly don’t think we could ever live anywhere else in the USA. This city is absolutely perfect for us in every way. We’re obsessed with the culture, food, weather and the walkability of our Brickell neighborhood (we haven’t owned a car in 3 years 🤗). Not to mention that we’re 15 min from the international airport, which is incredibly convenient for travelling abroad. ⁣

Now, if you ask me if we’ll ever move abroad again, then I’d have to say that that is certainly still a possibility in the future 💕⁣

Somehow 2023 got away from me and I never posted from any of our trips that we took…how is that possible 🤪🤔 ⁣

I’m pretty obsessed with the architecture, colors, vibrancy, people and energy of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷💃🏼 We spent a long weekend there and, if you haven’t been, it’s absolutely worth a visit! ⁣
