We all have that one special birthday memory. Twisted Sky Tours owner/tour guide Shanda finally got a birthday tornado after 8 years of chasing! On May 25, 2016, Twisted Sky Tours witnessed this breathtaking, long-track EF4 tornado. Known as the Solomon/Chapman, KS tornado, this slow-moving, photogenic twister, up to half a mile wide, danced across the landscape for over an hour. It was an unforgettable adventure, and a birthday gift from Mother Nature herself. (the best thing being no one was severely injured in this tornado)

Thunder decided to decode himself for Christmas. Do you have your holiday decorations out yet? 🎄 ⛄️ ❄️

Thunder is Shanda’s, Twisted Sky Tours owner, cat. He was rescued in Moore, OK the night of the May 20, 2013 tornado. He was just a few weeks old at the time and now has become a little like our mascot through the years.
