《許記麵家》

1代宗師吳永皓師傅有3個徒弟在大埔也有食店，包括寶湖花園阿堅的「𣈱和麵家」三角公園仔佟哥的「吳師府」和翠樂街的「許記麵家」！我自己點選擇去邊間呢？當我在大埔想食雲吞麵我就會去𣈱和（只限寶湖呢間）想食小食碗仔翅紅棗糕就去「吳師府」，今天想吃牛腩粉同醉雞脾（$24）就去了「許記麵家」了！牛腩當然夠腍雞脾也是當然的入味和滑，而且水準非常穩定的！有冇缺點？當然有，但我只是為食友，介紹的全部是小店况且百貨有百客，而且只收廿零蚊俾隻大雞脾你食，重扮乜嘢食評家呢！

香港許願節，今年踏入第七年。大會特別加設新項目，添加唔少熱鬧氣氛。大家除咗可以喺林村許願樹拋寶牒許願、燃點蓮花燈祈福之外，仲可以食到多款特色美食，行下睇下本地創作品牌市集攤位同埋參加首個港式花牌設計比賽添！新春嘉年華活動由1月28日至2月12日，又係一家大細齊齊出動嘅時候啦！ 今年美食專區一共有20個唔同特色美食攤位，大家可以食到飽一飽。 燒金蠔(HKD40)大大隻蠔燒至金黃色，搽上蜜糖，除咗會中和金蠔本身嘅鹹味，入口鮮味仲會係口腔中縈繞。 另外有好受小朋友歡迎嘅雞翼包飯(HKD40) 雞翼外皮燒到卜卜脆，内有乾坤釀入糯米飯，嫩而不膩。 過年咩都
