ComedySportz® is the only world-recognized sport of competitive improvisation, founded by Richard Gerald Chudnow in 1984. In arenas throughout the world, teams of players do comedy battles based on suggestions given by the audience, known as Loyal Fans. Each sanctioned ComedySportz® match is run by a referee, and features several rounds of competitive play through a sampling of the sport’s myriad of official games.
