We have had a BIG week here at the Saltwater Gospel Prayer-adise! We tore out all the carpet and tile from the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors! Here is a sneek peek picture...more updated photos to come!

Mike has been busy getting the Saltwater Gospel Prayer-adise all beautified! Still to come...a new metal roof and Gabel Porch off the front of the house. Taking bookings now for this winter. $295/night plus taxes ($350 for the holidays), and cleaning (avoid booking fees by booking through us directly). This home is perfect for two couples to split (or even three). There are two king sized rooms overlooking the water and each room has their own bathroom. The third bedroom also has its own bathroom, but it is two twin beds. Get your dates reserved with us today!

We have been starting to get inquiries about renting at The Saltwater Gospel Prayer-adise. We are currently taking bookings starting 12/22. We require a minimum one week stay and the rental rate is $2450/week plus taxes and cleaning (holiday and spring break rates are higher).
This is a three bedroom, three bathroom home (two king bedrooms and one with double twins, plus a queen size sofa sleeper). We are located only minutes from Charlotte Harbor by boat. Our little Saltwater Gospel Prayer-adise fared okay in the storm. We need a new roof, new screens in the lanai, and a new garage ceiling among a few other things, but overall we feel blessed. Due to Ian and helping out in other areas God sent us, we didn't get as much done this trip as we hoped...but it is starting to feel homey. We still have a couple bathrooms to remodel. Hopefully we can start having renters in December. 🙏❤️
