ook the Seagull Soirée. This fantastic condo is exactly next to the landmark arch of the Long Beach Peninsula's world's largest beach. At the edge of the dunes, your dreams of building sand castles & long walks on 28 miles of uninterrupted beach are just out your door. Fireworks and kite festival just out your window. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The condo includes all essential appliances including oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, crock pot and more. The private bedroom consists of a comfy queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress for extreme comfort. The bedroom has a full size closet and dresser to store your clothing and belongings. A sofa sleeper allows for up to two additional adults to sleep comfortably in the living room. A large bathroom is appointed with granite counter tops, large cabinet with ample storage and a walk-in shower. Seagull Soirée is stocked with soap, shampoo, shower gel and big fluffy bath and hand towels along with two cotton robes. Face clothes are also provided for your convenience. The sounds of the ocean will lull you to sleep and can be heard even when the doors are closed! The electric fireplace is both beautiful and provides extra warmth on those blustery beach nights! The Seagull Soirée has everything you will need for an unforgettable getaway! If you need to do laundry, a coin operated washer and dryer are just outside your door. There is a fire pit just outside the patio that is perfect for making s'mores after a day of hanging out at the beach! Bolstad Avenue provides the best access to the beach in all of the Peninsula! Paved bike and walkway make the 3 minute trip from the condo super easy. Or, if you prefer, you can drive on this beach so pack your car with a picnic lunch and find your own private little spot. There are numerous restaurants within minutes from your front door and for those who want to have some fun, a miniature golf course, arcade, go-kart track and horse stables are also within walking distance. What would a beach town be without specialty shops? Just one block away you will find all the fun shopping you need to pick up those cool souvenirs. There is a local transit bus and taxi service available. Bike and moped rentals are available just minutes from the condo.
