Total Solar Eclipse Alert! 🌑☀️

Get ready for one of nature's most awe-inspiring events on April 8th when a total solar eclipse crosses parts of the U.S. and Canada. The path of totality will pass through cities like San Antonio, Dallas, Louisville, Cincinnati, and Montreal.

To help get your kids (and yourself!) prepped, I'm doing an Instagram Live today from 2-3pm ET with , a scientist turned children's book author. She just released a beautifully illustrated book by that explains eclipses through a fun story about kids discovering this cosmic phenomenon.

In our chat, she'll share tips for safely viewing the eclipse and helping kids understand what's happening. We'll also discuss motherhood, traveling with kids, and more.

Silvia is from Varese, Italy 🇮🇹 and comes from a family of big travelers.

As she says: "If my parents had chosen to travel less because I didn't enjoy it much, I would have lost a source of enrichment and missed many valuable experiences. I recently saw a post saying that the only parenting hack that actually works is to live near the grandparents. And I have to agree with that despite it possibly bringing up old tension with parents—It’s worth it! That’s why I totally love this next travel with baby tip from ☺️
