of three rental apartments, including one that is sometimes used for short term letting, I understand the requirements that property owners/landlords have and I have an "owners mentality" when it comes to working with peoples properties. My diplomatic personalty allows me to deal well with tenants and staff, and a sense of trust is built up quickly allowing for good long term relationships. Services offered: Maintenance and repair work, refurbishments and painting projects, project managing your renovation projects or standing in for you should you be away during a renovation project. Absentee landlords are encouraged to use us for any property related requirements. Having a trustworthy service provider on the ground locally is critical to these property owners especially so when a rental agent isn't used to manage the property. Rentals: We aren't a rental agency but should you be self managing your rental property we are able to assist by carrying out inspections on your behalf to ensure that the tenant is taking care of your investment. We could tie this in with doing any maintenance that is required. A tool box is always carried so that minor work can be done there and then if possible to reduce the disruption to the tenants.
