Boxer Resorts was founded in 2012 and immediately started acquiring hotels and resorts across the country. Currently, Boxer Resorts owns Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona; Elevation Hotel and Spa in Crested Butte, Colorado; DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis North in Minneapolis, Minnesota; and the Holiday Inn Bedford DFW West.
