The Home

This is a fun, artfully designed home, full of eclectic art, large open spaces, high ceilings and comfy, spacious rooms to gather with well appointed amenities. The expansive, beautiful backyard is designed for resort living, surrounded by large palm trees, complete with large swimming pool and whirlpool bath spa, plenty of lounge spaces and mountain views. This unique home is centrally located, convenient to downtown, close to shopping, restaurants and bars. On Instagram @citrineresort City ID 4063

The house has 4 bedrooms: 1 master suite with king bed and ensuite bath and sliders to the back yard. 2 additional bedrooms have queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway. The 4th bedroom is on the opposite end of the house and has two twin size beds with sliders to the back patio. The main living area has a fireplace and plenty of seating. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and a dining room table next to kitchen bar. The living room has a flatscreen tv and sound bar. There are also two Sono's speakers for the house.

The outside patio is spacious and shaded with a dining table and chairs with access from several glass sliders. Next to it is a propane grill for outdoor cooking.

The backyard is the thing! It's very large, beautifully landscaped, lot's of seating and lounge chairs with umbrellas and a gorgeous large swimming pool with an attached spa and spillway.
