We are looking for 4 volunteer host couples to keep our state parks beautiful and provide excellent customer service to visitors - thus supporting hard-working staff and enjoying Colorado's beautiful outdoors.

Indiana DNR is looking for volunteers to help at state parks throughout the state for the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse. Details and contact info below!

“Indiana State Parks are looking for RV Volunteers to stay at properties to help with the solar eclipse event from April 1-April 15, 2024. Volunteers will help with preparation, April 8 weekend events and clean up at properties. Volunteers will work with property staff preforming various duties related to the solar eclipse. In return, volunteers will get a free campsite. Plus, they will get to experience the April 8 Solar Eclipse! Volunteers will be background checked and are required to stay the length of April 1-15, 2024.

Escapees RV Club has a gig up on CamperGigs advertising their Carlsbad Caverns Volunteering Hang Out October 7-14, 2023. Check out the link below for details. There is a cost for camping and you must be an Escapees member but their hang outs ROCK and you'll be helping NPS clean lint off of the cavern walls in the high traffic areas. How cool is that? Working 900ft below the surface.

Hey y'all! We are so sad that we have to cancel our participation in the 62nd Escapade- Escapees RV Club, March 19-24, 2023. We had an engine issue that we decided needed to be fixed ASAP and flipped a u-turn in Houston on our way. Here's a video link we posted on our A Year to Volunteer page describing the issue. Where did all the gigs go? If you noticed recently, our total number of gigs has been in flux. Why? Because gigs had recently expired and we're working with hosts to update or remove them.
