Be Our Guest...very quiet, clean and comfortable non-smoking home with private pool and lanai at the corner end of a very quiet street. Tropical décor for that at home but on vacation feel. Wood laminate flooring and tile are mostly throughout the home. Master BR has a Queen bed with a private bath and separate office. Guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and private bath. The living room, kitchen, office and both bedrooms have large ceiling fans. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom have sliding doors to the lanai. In the Winter, Spring and Fall months you can open the house and enjoy the cross-breeze from the Gulf of Mexico!
The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house which provides more privacy. Patio/Table and swing are under cover. Home offers linens, bath towels, pool towels, Cable TV, Wireless High Speed Internet, Unlimited telephone calling to anywhere in the USA. Fully equipped kitchen ( Keurig Coffee Machine, Standard MR Coffee, Hot griddle, Mixer/Blender ) washer and dryer. Lots of additional amenities not listed.
