Each year Cassandra aka "Coach Cass" and her mother Kukuwa aka "Mama Kuks" take groups to different countries in Africa on Fitness and Cultural trips Each year Ghanaian, Mother and daughter team, Kukuwa ( creator of kukuwafitness.com) and Coach Cass (director of take you on a 10 day dance, fitness, cultural and community excursions to different countries in Africa. For All the trips

are inclusive of the following and more:
-meals, food, activities, transportation, and accommodation
-Different Daily Workouts each morning
-Epic Food, Fun, Dancing and Adventure
-A chance to give back with community service in local village or school through our foundation

Guys I wanted to share this interesting fact with you that many of you probably didn’t know. I remember one of my first visits to Jamaica 🇯🇲 getting a chance to visit the Maroon people in the mountains there and they were actually speaking twi! (Our Akan dialect here in Ghana 🇬🇭) and they had preserved so much of the Ghanaian culture I was impressed. But now knowing the translation of the word Jamaica in our local dialect makes sense. They were brought as slaves and said “I think we’re stuck here” and made their home there in the mountains.
