In case you don't already know who I am my name is Samantha Jager and I teach piano lessons to beginner students ages 5-13 in the foothill area. I have been taking piano now for 10 years and am currently student teaching under the direction of my amazing teacher Barbra
Newhouse; and have recently opened up a music studio in my home. It is my belief that learning anything especially piano should be a fun experience! Because of this I incorporate lots of games and movement into my curriculum. Every student learns in a different way so I adjust to fit every individual. Your student will learn Music theory, technique, expression, listening, sight reading, and in some cases duets. Since I am still student teaching under the direction of Mrs. Newhouse you child will have the choice of performing in front of my piano students and hers once a month.
