Getting tickets through Global Package is extremely easy, but you need to act quick because they sell out fast. You have to buy the package (hotel etc) - they don't just sell tickets.

I paid for the economy package at EXO EXORDIUM Concert, and I was in the last row of the floor seats, I could see everything fine. Some of my friends were placed in the front row in the second tier seats. Those who were in deluxe were right in front of the stage.

I 100% recommend doing it to see your faves, if you're willing to put down a premium. I got so much awesome exclusive EXO merchandise from SM for free alongside being able to preorder merchandise, Chanyeol read the letter I wrote him and posted a picture with it, I enjoyed a meal at SMT, got into SMTOWN Coex early and into areas that are usually not open to public, private bus transport to and from the venue (which was great because the subways are usually packed). You must stick to their schedule though and they will leave you behind if you don't show up. It's a really fun experience.

That’s all I can think of for now! I’m still looking through photos and videos from the concerts. What I like better about seeing EXO in North America concerts is that I can take pictures freely and actually see them closer. But seeing them in Korea was also a unique and exciting experience!

Global Package is a great experience for every International Fan and if I have a chance next year I'll definitely go again with Global Package to a concert in Seoul (maybe even with Premium). But the Global Package perks were all just icing on top of the already perfect concert experience and that is why I will definitely recommend this SM Global Package.

Watching concerts has never been easy—from buying tickets up to the last minute before concert starts. It’s actually harder when you do it in Korea, especially for an artist as famous as EXO😅. Having been to so many of their concerts in the past, there was never an instance where I did not stress over getting a ticket (not even a good seat anymore, just any ticket). It was especially hard getting good tickets in Korea, at least for EXO. In their regular ticketing session, everything sells out in just half a second. No kidding😏. But why go to Korea when it’s hard, you ask? Aside from making it as a reunion with fandom friends from all over the world, the reason is quite simple: the boys speak more freely and more relaxed in Korea. Devoid of any translators, or feeling the need to rush, they talk to the audience as if we are friends, and that’s something you don’t experience a lot in attending concerts in other countries☺️.

Having experienced a lot of problems in the past with tickets (e.g. bought ticket for crazy high prices from resellers), I was determined to get one the right way this time. Fortunately, since a very good friend of mine accidentally booked an extra Global Package, I offered to just buy it from her. It was the cheapest package (priced at USD 399) but it included the hotel, good tickets (for this course), a backstage tour, and a lot of other freebies. Everything about the Global Package was so smooth-sailing😌. After our payment was confirmed, we could log in to our SMTOWN Global Package accounts and see our status. Weeks before the concert, we were informed of which hotel in Gangnam we were staying at and how to get there. SM also managed to send us the itinerary through our e-mails, and the Global Package also gave us the privilege to pre-order concert goods, which mostly gets sold out at the venue😁🥳.
