Did you know we’ve got 4 presentations lined-up for Sunday? All will take place at our HQ at Charnews Farm in Southold. All presentations take place in the barn on the gorgeous property owned by which supports so many small farmers on the North Fork.

Did you get your tickets yet for September 8th? Not only do we have 20 incredible tour locations this year, but we’ve also got a great lineup of super delicious demos and in-depth discussions taking place at our HQ - Charnews Farm. Just one of the organizations you can get to know that day doing good work for our local community is . An international organization that began in Italy in the late 80s in response to a new wave of fast food joints, SFEE firmly believes in good, clean and fair food for all. All- volunteer and the most active chapter in the country, SFEE raises awareness and funding for East End school and community gardens, educational programs and sustainability projects. They also award the coveted to East End farms, wineries, restaurants and even a **local hospital** following these principles. Get to know our headquarters ! From 23 acres acquired from the Charnews family in 2008, the Ag Center at Charnews Farm has grown to 80 acres of productive farmland along Youngs Ave north and south of Rt 48. It provides farmers like and affordable access to productive land. Given the properties’ unique location and characteristics - microclimate and rich soil - the trust remains committed to actively cultivating the farmland to promote local agriculture and regional food. Feel free to begin your day here — our docents will help answer any questions you may have to get started on your custom tour of our 20 locations! Getting excited for the Foodie Tour on 9/8? We are! We could not be in our 18th year without the support of all of you and we would be remiss not to thank all of the locations that have participated over the years. But 3 of our locations have been with us from the beginning — our “Hall of Famers” are: and . These incredible farmers took a chance on a wild concept at all those years ago and continue to be important partners of the Foodie Tour to this day. We’re excited to announce that of the 20 locations for this years North Fork Foodie Tour, 5 are NEW for 2024! Please meet our newest tour stops!

Breeze Hill Farm — known primary for their gorgeous and vast apple orchard and a killer farmhouse market offering cider donuts, fresh baked pies, farm fresh eggs and honey, “BHF” is a high quality working farm and purveyor located on Sound Ave in Peconic.

Sweet Woodland Farm - with a focus on the power of natural medicine, the farm grows elderberries and medicinal herbs and produces their own tinctures, syrups, salves, teas, candles and more! “The Farmacy” is a moving pop-up featured at many local farmers markets.

Oregon Road Organics - NOFA-NY Certified Organic, this farm was purchased in 2019 in an attempt to save and preserve precious farmland on Oregon Rd. in Cutchogue. They offer a fully organic CSA, a “Silo” for some local imbibing and a farm stand featuring their produce, flowers and locally produced goods.

The Old Field Vineyards — originally farmed by indigenous people 106 years ago, OFV planted its first grapes in 1974. Family run and one of the most unique wineries on the North Fork, the vineyard backs up to the beautiful Peconic Bay offering the ideal terroir for grape growing and of course, an incredible setting for enjoying a glass.

Farrm Vineyards — located in Calverton, this was the first certified organic farm on Long Island in 1990. In 1995, the farm began practicing the biodynamic method and that remains to this day. With a focus on 4 varieties of red grapes - Merlot, Malbec, Cab Franc and Petit Verdot, their wines reflect the quintessential terroir of wine country.
