With two days to go, coming in strong is this gem: the countless sports science interventions we got to deploy. This year, we pulled out all the stops to push the boundaries of human performance—leaving us wondering at times: Are we coaches or mad scientists? 🧠🚀

From advanced recovery protocols to custom biomechanical analyses and some seriously innovative training adaptations, we turned data into wins and curiosity into breakthroughs. 📈💪

Here’s to the athletes who trusted the process and embraced the madness. Cheers to science, sweat, and a sprinkle of magic. 🥂✨

It wouldn’t be a year-end roundup without celebrating Ruth Edward’s return to the pro road peloton, so counting us down on day 3 is 💥 It is never an easy feat jumping back into a sport at the highest level after some time away, but Ruth more than showed us how it’s done. From stage podiums at the Giro, taking the GC win at Lotto Thuringhen Tour, to setting ambitious goals that motivate all of us, it was another memorable season - but podiums aside, the real highlight when working with Ruth? Definitely the mid-ride selfie updates!

Kicking off the countdown to 2025, and in no particular order, one of the top highlights from the year was the 37th 🇺🇸 DaybyDay Head Coach, Ben Day spent the past three years working with as their Performance Lead - preparing a team of 10 cyclors to power the hydraulic systems onboard Patriot.

Often described as Formula 1 on the water, the combination of aerodynamics, maximal power output, innovation, and teamwork is something else - and watching the team come together on the waters of Barcelona was witnessing an amazing complex puzzle come together.

adds, “it was a unique environment, one that gifted me a refreshed perspective on critical data analysis, and our ability to innovate within set constraints to extract greater performance. I brought a lot to from World Tour Cycling, and equally so I am bringing new knowledge back to cycling.”

How’s winning the overall at the ?! Lots of hard work, challenges, commitment and emotion has been put into this one. Through this all, her grace, grit and kind-heart have brought many great people into her support corner and we are proudly cheering all the way. Congrats Ruth and the team on a great win!
