The Norwegian Gem will offer seasonal cruises -- from November to April -- to the Bahamas and the eastern Caribbean beginning in November 2025.

We hope everyone in Hurricane Idalia's path is heeding emergency management officials directives. Not many of you might know this fum fact, but I worked in disaster response and planning for over a decade before we opened our travel agency. Back then, I'd have been in an EOC coordinating mass care efforts for people and their animals at this stage of an impending storm. I still have many friends who are tirelessly responding to Idalia and the Maui wildfires and my heart is with them as they do their jobs to help keep us all safe. They are true heroes in every sense.

While we anticipate operating as normally as possible for as long as possible, please know that the potential to lose power is real which will cut off our phone and email access. I am thankful we have no one travelling at the moment so it'll be family time over here if and when power goes out. I'll keep our page updated as Wednesday dawns and Idalia makes her landfall. Our IT team has been doing some maintenance on email since last Wednesday in preparation for some changes coming in September. My email is now down entirely and rejecting messages since at least 11:30 PM Saturday night. We are aware and I am so sorry for the inconvenience - it's stressful for us all! If you have an urgent matter please call or send a Facebook message until this is resolved. --Liz

Update on our phones! The port went through this morning and now it's just doing some tinkering to restore our normal voicemail outgoing message and settings. If you call today and get a message going to extension 1000, it is okay to leave your message - it's us!

We are in the process of updating our phone's service provider over the next 7 days. The updates should be complete by May 18, but if there's some moments with interruptions know that we're here by email and Facebook Messenger if it comes to it. Here's to no issues and a smooth transfer! We'll update here once the service provider has completed their work. --Liz

We are safe, but please be patient if you have called or emailed us. Hurricane Ian's impacts will leave vast power, internet and phone outages for days (probably weeks for some) so there may be delays in getting a response. Thankfully we have no one travelling right now except for us. Stay safe out there!

It's been 593 days since we set foot on a cruise ship. We disembarked the Celebrity Summit March 2020 on her last cruise before the pandemic lay-up. Today, we joined fellow agents and cruisers onboard the Celebrity Apex on the first of her inaugural celebration sailings. More to come from us, but suffice it to say that Celebrity has outdone themselves on the Edge class ships. WOW.
