10 YEARS OF SYB 🍻 we are approaching a huge milestone. When we first started back in 2014, we had no idea we would reach this level of community, trips, growth.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve focused on creating global and local adventures that combine fitness, yoga and community experiences, encouraging everyone to step outside of their comfort zones and form meaningful connections.

Were built on the philosophy that travel, fitness and hanging out with awesome people can help you grow and feel a part of something bigger.
