Hello! I am sadly leaving my gorgeous flat and flatties to move to Nelson for work so am looking for someone to take over my room in our five bedroom Herne Bay/Ponsonby flat (in around 2-3 weeks).

Rent: $215 + $15 expenses per week, which includes power, wifi, cleaning supplies etc. (note rent is increasing by $10 in November)

Bond: only $400!

The room easily fits my double bed, chest of drawers, desk, and a large clothes rack (also open to leaving it furnished fyi). There are also 2 bathrooms in the flat so less stress in the mornings!

You will be living with 4 other young professional female friends aged 23/24, working in healthcare, law, comms & corporate. Miranda Phillips Ella Brooks Zahlee Buckley Alex Hewison-Burch

Looking for someone to be a part of our wholesome flat family - we love a yap, shared dinners and watching silly little shows on our prized projector.

Herne Bay is a beautiful location to flat in, and we are only two minutes walk away from cafes, bars and a supermarket! We are also super close to a bus stop with frequent Outer Link and university bus services.

ROOM IN PONSONBY / GREY LYNN FLAT 🏡

Hello hello! We’re looking for someone to join us in our Richmond Road flat, right around the corner from Ponsonby Central, Ripe Deli, and Grey Lynn Park.

The house is in a 4 bedroom villa and four of us live here, 1 girl 3 guys all in their 20’s (one couple share a room). We’ve got 2 Irish, 1 English and a kiwi! The available room is at the back of the house with a big window and gets the gorgeous evening sun.

The new flatmate will be someone tidy, independent, and chill. Ideally looking for someone also in their 20’s.

Hello, unfortunately I am moving so looking for someone to fill my room in our 4 bedroom flat in Northcote.

Looking for a single who would provide good chat, be clean, self-aware and respectful, be close in ages to current flatties (23-26). We aren't a party flat but love to have a cheeky wine or dinner with friends! We would love someone who wants to socialise, and doesn't feel like strangers under one roof!

The room available includes :
• Good sized room with a large wardrobe with built in shelving & hanging racks.
• You would also be sharing a bathroom downstairs with one female.

Have a large villa in Herne Bay/Ponsonby area that is available for move in now. Have an option to be furnished or unfurnished. Whole property as one rental. Works out to be around $280 per room plus expenses 👍😊🏡

Opportunity to live rent free!!! Yes that’s right, rent free!!

What’s the catch you wonder, well we don’t see it as a catch, but I am an independent male with Cerebral Palsy. I need some assistance with a few day-to-day tasks such as preparing and assisting (feeding) with breakfasts and packing lunches and preparing and assisting with dinners 3/4 days a week with some weekend assistance as well. Also, general cleaning and laundry and grocery shopping as needed. This should just fit in with you own day to day activities and I can be flexible when things pop up.
Need to be able to cook basic meals and be generally clean and tidy.

The apartment - stunning 3 bedroom apartment in the award winning Hopetoun residence right by Ponsonby Road and K Road. There is a large kitchen with butlers pantry, large living area and balcony and the complex has a tennis court and pool. The available bedroom has a large wardrobe and is fully furnished, with a bathroom shared with one other clean and tidy female flatmate.
Ideally looking for a student or someone who does casual/part time work.

In return for the assistance needed your rent and utilities are fully paid.

Currently 3 other girls living in the flat (all working full-time and in mid 20s). We are a fairly quiet flat but always around for a chat and hang out in the communal areas! Very relaxed and you are always welcome to invite friends over etc.
Flat has two bathrooms, heaps of parking, balcony, a spare bedroom if you have friends or whanau to stay, and is near some shops and restaurants (Taco Loco, Chinoiserie and L'Oeuf).
Bond is $730+ 1 week rent in advance
Unfortunately no pets or couples 😢
I’m moving out this weekend, so let me know what would work for you and we can try sort something between us.
