After three and a half years and by now something like 300 live online classes (and counting!), I still enjoy this so much! Thanks a million to my beloved camera man for always taking things to the next step and for keeping his eyes on me for hours on end, and to my dear friends at for hanging out in this productive way across the planet. last night’s very well attended paella party was a blast, thanks to all of you for continuing to offer me the possibility to join many other people’s kitchens through our screens around the world.
