INSIDE THE KITCHEN:
Born in Jalisco Mexico, Erilia Basulto was raised in a family of eight. Eventually, Erilia and her siblings would move to America during her early childhood years. During this time, she would take the responsibility of cooking for her siblings and make sure they had a fresh authentic Mexican dish at the dinner table. Through years of experience in the kitchen Erilia became a master chef of the traditional dish called, "Birria". Now this perfected traditional dish will be shared to the world. This catering business is named after her mother Angelina, as a token of gratitude and appreciation for all her efforts and unconditional love. Angelina raised her family to be hard working and dedicated individuals that will serve their community with integrity and utmost respect.
