You can spot a new style cooker like the eR7 or R7 by its lack of vent, sporting just a small room vent between the two top plates. We have been working with AGA’s for many years and through the years we’ve been fortunate to work with an array of customers. We have had authors, chefs, bakers and cookbook authors such as join the ranks of AGA ownership. We have had actors like purchase an AGA through us and be able to visit it. Artists and musicians like have been a client. And, as social media has led ones to fame and popularity, two well known bloggers and have been wonderful clients to add to the roster. AGA has a few color closeouts. Get a Brand new Mercury at a nice discount! Some are available in dual-fuel, some in induction and a few color options and even sizes. The AGA DC5, or what now is labeled the R7, is a true radiant heat 24/7 cooker. It might be the most versatile while remaining the closest thing to its original cooker descendants. While the cooker portion is designed to remain on, it also has a slumber setting and if you just want it off, it reheats in a 1/3 of the time as the original cookers.
