What you give power to has power over you.

Open yourself up to the possibility that everything isn’t the way you think it’s supposed to be.

Even if you can just open yourself up to that possibility just for a moment. That things might not be what you think they are. If you can do this, you have the opportunity to really discover something incredible. Maybe how incredible you are.

If you just think about what you want that’s all you’ll ever get in your life. The problem is a lot of people are thinking negative. The mind is like a computer and a lot of peoples programs are on a negative loop.

You must reprogram the program. Neurons that fire together wire together.

The mind loves repetition. Success lies in HEARTFELT repetition.

Underneath where you have a really strong opinion lies a belief. You must face yourself to find yourself.

The voice in your head is not you, it is simply another program. You are not the voice inside your head, but merely the observer of it.

You must learn to observe the mind to control the mind. You must FEEL with the HEART and not with the mind. The thoughts bring you to the prayers, the FEELING IS the prayer. You must FEEL in order to create.

It’s the DISCERNMENT, trust the gifts God has given you.

FIND YOUR PEOPLE.

We are living in a society SUFFERING from chronic loneliness. A society where people are so beyond disconnected not only from themselves, but others and the world around them.

We’re suffering from chronic loneliness. We NEED community. We NEED each other. It’s just the facts of our species.

As humans we have the capacity to hold a network of 150 people. Within that network we have the ability to make 50 of those people acquaintances. Within that 50 people 15 of them become apart of our village. Within those 15 people we have the capacity to turn 3-5 of those people into best friends.

We live in a world where people are hiding behind walls. Emotional and physical walls. We lock ourselves inside houses because we’re afraid our neighbors might rob us. We put up emotional walls because we think people might hurt us. What kind of LIVING is this?

You go to a place like Mexico to a village where people live barely between walls, they don’t lock their doors, THEY DONT HAVE LOCKS. If they need a fu***ng egg they ask their neighbor they don’t order it on Amazon prime. They know about each other’s lives and are there for each other during the hard times. They create memories together. They bring each other gifts they SHARE LIFE. Hence the saying it take a VILLAGE.

We travel other countries and we come back to America admiring their ways of life and simple living. They aren’t HIDING like we do in America.

We need to get off the hyper independence high horse and start coming together as a society. Everyone is suffering from something. CONNECT WITH YOURSELF, OTHERS AND THE WORLD AROUND YOU.

LIFE IS BETTER SHARED.

A new decade.

As I sit here on the cliffs of Positano I am reminded of what a fulfilled decade of living looks like. I chose to come here to start a new decade of my life reconnecting to my homeland. My roots.

As I enter into a new decade reflecting back on the last one. I realize how much has changed, myself, my values, career, perspective, relationships, locations and so much more.

As I spent the last decade of my life traveling the world, connecting with myself and everything life has to offer. One of my biggest lessons has been to find the magic in the mundane. Life is so beautiful ALL THE TIME.

A few more takeaways from my last decade have been. See it for yourself, you create your own reality. Personal growth is life changing, not everyone deserves access to me, seek and you shall find. Knock and it will open. Life is happening for you, not to you. Listening is so valuable. There’s something beautiful in everything if you just look closely enough.

The most important lesson I learned though, after years of searching was to seek God and to put him first in everything I do. To walk a path with God, when I do that I don’t need anything else.

Cheers to another decade filled with lots of God, lots of travel, lots of business, lots of new relationships and the development of current ones. Connection on a whole new level, more self development and embodying that life is meant to be LIVED.
