Yesterday we went to visit the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. It is one of the most spectacular churches in St. Petersburg. It was built as memorial for the assassination of the Tsar, Alexander II. He was heavily wounded by a bomb in an attack and he died after being sent to the hospital. A shrine was built first and then the churchm with the donation of poeple. The church has more than 7500 square meters of mosaics. The church looks more beautiful in the evening when the sun shines from the window inside.

Hi everyone! We are interns of AIESEC St, Petersburg E&G in this summer. There are 24 of us from China, Egypt, Italy, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Tunisia and Turkey. It's really exciting to spend 6 weeks here in St. Petersburg to explore the city and present the beauty of Russia to the world. We will be updating this page about who we are and what we do everyday.
