If you travel on Air Tahiti Nui to visit the amazing islands of Tahiti, be sure to check out the inflight entertainment on board. We were delighted to partner with Tahiti Tourisme to bring passengers a selection of programmes which we created especially for visitors eager to learn more about the culture, heritage, customs and traditions of the wonderful Tahitian people we met.

Bratislava, less than an hour by train from Vienna, is a thriving city sitting on the banks of the Danube. Reinventing itself after the peaceful breakup of Czechoslovakia, the city sits as an ideal bridge between Eastern and Western Europe.

There is a local pride in the city and Slovak heritage, and the bustling, car-free old town is perfect to explore on a city break. Food and drink is extremely affordable and the beer culture is strong, with a range of local and international beers costing around €2.90 and plenty of places offering tasting flights. There are some great sights to take in, including the famous Blue Church, St. Martin's Cathedral, Bratislava Castle, and the main squares of the old town.

Flights can be found cheap in the low season to Bratislava Airport, just 10 minutes from the airport, or to Vienna which is just a short train ride away.

Opulent. Elegant. Lover of coffee. Vienna is a truly spectacular city that offers everything you could want in the low season 🇦🇹

From numerous palaces and incredible examples of architecture to enjoy when the skies are blue and the rains hold off, to an abundance of museums and coffee houses to frequent when the rain falls, the city really does have everything.

The wealth of the city is on display everywhere you look, with the Hofburg Palace, Votivkirche, Austrian Parliament, and St. Stephen's Cathedral certainly standing out.

You may think that an 8-hour train sounds like a long time, but I can assure you that if you're travelling through the beautiful countryside between Zürich and Vienna, it's not enough 😍

Making its way through 4 countries (Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein and Germany) and alongside the Alps, the first class coaches on the train are incredibly comfortable, allowing plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the amazing views.

Zürich 🇨🇭

Though known for being costly, low season is a fantastic time to visit, when the best deals and bargains can be had. An eminently walkable city, District 1 of Zürich, which includes sights such as the Grossmünster, Fraumünster, and the vast Lake Zürich, can easily be explored within a few hours. Head up to Lindenhof, the site of a historic Roman castle, whose elevated viewpoint gives fantastic views of the city.

Whilst bars and restaurants can be expensive, drinking in public is legal here, so grab a drink from the supermarket and join the locals sitting along the shore of Lake Zürich. If you're determined to head out for food, don't miss the local favourite cheese fondue and bread 😋
