The Dunlap-Eppinger house was built on the corner of Jefferson and Hull St. in 1808 and was relocated to Bay and Price St. Our home was restored in an effort to preserve one of Savannah's historic homes. We are located on the eastern corner of the historic district, and within walking distance of the historic squares. Most guests walk across the road to Emmet Park and Savannah River, and venture o
ut to the local cafes, restaurants, and shops. If you're considering a walk, bike ride, or drive to Forsyth Park it's less than 1.5 miles away!! Guest Access
Our inn is quite intimate and only for guests. Thus we ask all guests to respect the security and privacy of others, and the property. Guest's have access to the following:

Essentials: Towels, bedding, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and toilet paper. We have installed a safety sprinkler system throughout the home, and the entire home is serviced with fire alarms. Checking In and Checking Out
When checking-in it will be with the help of the written directions we provide (directions to your room are just below). Otherwise, the owners will be at the inn in the early evening Monday-Friday, while the weekends allow for them to spend more time at the inn during the day and evening times. Getting Around
Most visitors enjoy walking, trolley touring, the Fare Free Downtown Transit System, or even a carriage ride around the historic district of Savannah. Parking In Savannah

2. Metered parking off Bay St. or within the nearby neighborhood. Free from 5PM to 8AM, weekends, and holidays.
