We also work with additions, remodels, renovations, and other smaller projects. Our projects can be found in several states. You will find our projects in most of the high end communities in the Valley of the Sun in Arizona, and in other amazing places like The Sierra Mountains in California, Pronghorn Golf community near Bend Oregon, and in the Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina. alize in one of a kind unique properties that allow us to create something incredible with our clients. Our client's input is the driving force for all of our designs. We also design luxury spec homes for developers and builders. Our reputation has been earned over almost thirty years of designing spec. homes that sell fast, usually before they are completed and for more money than anticipated. No matter where you want to build your dream home we stand ready, pencil and velum in hand to assist you in creating the ultimate home for that specific location. We travel to your property and to meet you, spending at least a full week getting to know you and your property, then we begin the design process with a list that you provided us that spells out all of your needs and wants for the home and property. If needed additional site visits are made and everything else is handled via email and phone calls. No project is too small, and nothing is too large. We have designed gates and pedestrian bridges for custom home properties, 1200 sq. cabins all the way up to 12,000 sq. luxury homes. Hillside is a specialty of ours. Our first hillside home was designed for a lot overlooking Phoenix from high on Squaw Peak. The lot dropped 40 feet front to back in just 120 feet. No challenge is too much for us to take on. In fact, the more challenging the building site is, the more we enjoy making it work.
