Our last stop for my site visits was Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun. I loved the layout of this resort as there are plenty of options (pool, food, etc) but it doesn’t feel like too large of a resort. We also had lunch here and it was great!

Dreams Natura was our first stop for tours today. This is another family friendly resort with something for everyone. Slides for the littles. Bigger slides, rock wall, Roll Glider, and a game room (games even included in your trip!) for the bigger kids. And plenty of pool space and an amazing spa for the adults 💆‍♀️💅🏻

Today I checked out of the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun and will be heading to the next place. Definitely enjoyed my time at this resort. There are plenty for the kids to do, lots of pool space, lazy rivers, and many food and beverage options. I also recommend the hydrotherapy circuit, it was wonderful!

My last stop today was at Nickelodeon. This resort is AMAZING if you have younger kids. The theming also his all my nostalgia needs from all the shows I used to love (and movie with the Good Burger restaurant 🍔). And best of all, this resort has 21 slides, including some for kids of all different ages.

The second stop on our FAM trip today was Iberostar Selection Paraíso Maya Suites. This is a large property but that means tons of options for the family. LARGE pools, waterpark, and an amazing kids club! It was great to see in person what all this resort has to offer!

My first stop on my FAM trip of in Cancun today was RIU Palace Riviera Maya. As one of the family friendly resorts on our list of stops, we were able to check out their Family Rooms, toured the resort (there are no adult-only areas here, it’s all family-friendly!) and we even had a dance party with the kids show Emcee. 💃🏼 🕺

DYK- many resorts in the Caribbean get sargassum (seaweed) on their beaches every night. Especially with all the tropical storms we are having. The resorts work hard every morning so we can enjoy their beaches. BUT this means if a morning walk on the beach is important to you, that’s something to let your travel agent know when planning a trip so we can get you a resort in an area that gets less sargassum and/or during a time of year that it’s not as much of a problem.

I am so excited to be heading to an invitation-only travel agent conference in Cancun this morning! Attending the Ascend Conference with ALG Vacations is going to offer me an opportunity to visit many area hotels, attend training opportunities, meet with suppliers, and network with other agents. One of my favorite things to do as a travel agent is to keep learning and growing so I can best help all my clients!
