Hobart Fashion Festival was established in 2015. We are based in Hobart, Tasmania and strive to support and promote emerging fashion and design in Tasmania. We offer an inclusive festival program that allows fashion practitioners’, both professional and amateur, to collaborate with industry professionals: models, hair an

d make-up artists, fashion stylists, and photographers. The festival exposes designers to a public audience, potential clients, retail buyers, and the media. With a focus on contemporary fashion trends, identity, and the relevance of fashion and design in Tasmania, Hobart Fashion Festival gives designers and fashion makers platforms to disseminate their work though runway shows, exhibitions, workshops, performance, and digital media. The festival connects Tasmanian fashion and design to industry, community, and fashion lovers locally and nationally.
